Cyclist James Kemp arrived in the Algarve safely at the weekend after successfully completing an endurance charity bike ride.
James Kemp, who was travelling from Sheffield to Praia da Luz, arrived on October 2, where he was greeted by family, friends and supporters of Madrugada, one of the charities he had been raising money for.
Alison Blair, president of Madrugada, a charity which supports people with life limiting illness, told the Algarve Resident: “James arrived fit, well and on schedule. He did an amazing job to cycle so far alone while raising money for Cancer Research and Madrugada.”
The final total of funds raised by James has yet to
be collated.
