Debt owed by the câmaras relating to sponsorship of the Tour of the Algarve cycling events in 2011 and 2012 amounts to €200,000, says the Algarve Cycling Association (ACA).
As reported in Correio da Manhã, ACA is unable to pay RTP television, the GNR and other collaborators in the events because of this debt.
