The final of the Algarve Cup ended in stalemate as Ferreiras and Lagoa fought out a goalless draw at the São Luis Stadium, Faro. Lagoa held their nerve in the penalty shootout to win 4-2 and lift the prestigious trophy for only the second time in their history. On the way to the final they beat Culatrense (2-1), Carvoeiro United (5-0), Odiáxere (5-3) and Moncarapachense (1-0).
