Jardim Manuel Bivar, in the centre of Faro, is the place to be for all those who love regional sweets, dried fruits and beverages. The 20th edition of the Feira dos Doces, Frutos Secos e Bebidas Regionais begins today (August 18), from 6pm until midnight, and will end on August 27. Folkfaro 2006 will provide the evening’s entertainment, with folklore, music and dancing until the end of the fair, so do not miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich cultures of the Algarve.
