The Algarve is going to receive €1.5 million to help boost its cultural agenda during the touristic low season.
The money will be provided by Turismo de Portugal and should cover the time period between October 2016 and May 2017.
“This initiative will allow us to create a year-long cultural agenda,” Jorge Botelho, president of municipalities’ association AMAL, told Correio da Manhã.
