Members of the Algarve Chaîne des Rôtisseurs enjoyed a meal at the Ocean Restaurant at Vila Vita Parc in Porches on October 8.
A special menu was prepared for the 35 members and guests by chef Hans Neuner, while Portuguese and French wines were selected by sommelier Nelson Marreiros to accompany the seven course meal.
The next event to be held by the Chaîne will be the Grand Chapitre of Portugal with the annual gala dinner and ball held at the Ritz in Lisbon on October 30.
