Cuba and Loulé have taken the first step in what is hoped to be a long and productive collaboration.
Johana Tablada, Cuban Ambassador to Portugal, was warmly welcomed by the local council on February 13, when she visited in the company of Cuban doctors employed in the Algarve. Tablada stressed her country’s interest in building “a strong relationship” with Loulé.
