The Queen of Hearts and Alice in Wonderland were on hand for a fun packed day of celebrations as the Bela Romão Country Club in Olhão celebrated its first anniversary.
The Queen of Hearts made a stunning entrance as she arrived on the back of a Harley Davidson.
Olhão Mayor Francisco Leal, the British Vice Consul Clive Jewell and host Lita Gale then hoisted the flags of Portugal and the United Kingdom to officially open proceedings.
Local band Monroe Trio and the Sexy Tuna boys from Faro University entertained the crowd.
Over €500 was raised for ACAPO (Association for the Blind and Partially Sighted) and ADAPO (association for distressed animals).
