A spokesperson from Faro Polícia Judiciária revealed that they recently arrested a 32-year-old man, responsible for last year’s armed robberies in Quarteira. One of the man’s victims was a holidaymaker who was walking through the streets of Quarteira when the individual pointed a gun at her and requested that she gave him her handbag and valuables. The other victim was a teenager who was attacked while taking money out of a cash machine in Quarteira. “Thanks to the help of Quarteira GNR, we’ve managed to catch him,” the PJ spokesperson revealed.
