The director of special crime unit DCIAP is said to be studying the hypothesis of allowing his department to use vehicles apprehended in crimes for the transportation of processes – as vehicles available to the department are “faulty”. The idea is part of DCIAP’s “activity plan” for 2014, to which Correio da Manhã claim to have had exclusive access.
