THE RESPONSE Geraldine received since setting up her business, The Cream Pot, has been overwhelming. Obviously, the Algarve was in need of some good, old-fashioned fresh cream, scones and homemade cakes! Although based just outside Silves, Geraldine is now able to deliver anywhere in the Algarve – just ring in your order and it will be delivered to your door.
However, if you fancy having a warm, freshly baked scone, with fresh cream, jam and a cuppa, then head to the Hard Rock Café at Vale Parra, Albufeira, where cream teas are now available. Supplied by The Cream Pot, the café also sells Geraldine’s homemade lemon meringue pies, fresh cream gateaux and sponge cakes, filled with fresh cream, seasonal fruit and dusted with icing sugar.
All the goodies from The Cream Pot are made with butter and the freshest ingredients, and no artificial colourings or additives are used.
