Very sad news coming in last night was that the baby boy delivered by Georgina Rodrigues, girlfriend of Portugal’s footballing ‘legend’ Cristiano Ronaldo, yesterday in Manchester has died. The couple were expecting twins, a boy and a girl. The little girl has survived, and is, the grieving pair said in a post on Instagram last night, what has given them the “strength to live through this moment with some hope and happiness”. Messages of support from the wider footballing community and fans from around the world have been flooding in. The Instagram post has said this was “the greatest pain any parent can feel”.
