TWO MEN, aged 19 and 21, have been arrested after mugging a couple, who were walking near one of the jetties at Vilamoura marina last Saturday night.
The British and Brazilian couple were on their way to their hotel in Vilamoura when the two men stopped them and demanded whatever valuables they had in their possession.
The men were immediately reported to the Quarteira GNR, who managed to locate and arrest them shortly after. After admitting to the crime the men, of Guinean and Angolan nationality and residents of Quarteira, revealed where they had hidden the stolen goods.
