Corinne Bailey Rae and Elvis Costello will be performing at Cooljazzfest’10 at Parque Marechal Carmona in Cascais this summer.

On July 24, Corinne Bailey Rae promises a concert full of emotion with the debut of her new album, The Sea. She went from a jazz club singer to a superstar, when in 2006 her self-titled album stormed the music charts and radios all over the world.

Her songs Put Your Records On and Like a Star won over the audience with their blend of pop soul and jazz influences.

On July 28, Elvis Costello, one of the greatest composers of recent times, will debut his new album Secret, Profane and Sugarcane.

The album is composed of 13 songs where the mandolin, bass, accordion and guitar double weave the background sounds for his voice, telling stories about imaginary secret characters and unique and strange encounters.
