A cookbook offering over 40 recipes on how to cook with the Algarve’s traditional ‘Cataplana’ copper pot has been launched by the regional tourism board (RTA) and is available for free download in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
It is part of the ‘Cataplana Algarvia’ project, which for two years has been promoting the delights of cooking in the traditional clam-shaped pot.
