THE HOMELIFE – Casas do Barlavento team celebrated another stage in their success with the recent opening of their new office in Lagos.
Since the company first opened its doors to the public two years ago, they have expanded beyond all expectation. With a new branch in Aljezur, a sales portfolio of over 900 properties and over 300 rental and managed properties, the company has also needed an increase in the team size. Besides administrative staff, the company now boasts 11 sales representatives under the control of sales manager, Paul Cotterell, allowing managing director, Luís Ledo, to focus on future projects and strategies.
“We have simply outgrown our old offices,” said Luís. “In order to keep up with the rising number of leads, as well as the growth in the holiday rental and property management side of the business, we increased our staff. We believe it is important to provide the utmost quality of service as this will benefit everyone involved. As the interest in the western Algarve and our reputation grew, so did we as a company.”
Literally only a stone’s throw away from their previous site, the larger workspace was again designed by renowned interior design architect, José Figueiredo de Almeida. Luís commented: “As soon as we purchased the premises, we got José involved. He has been involved with all our other offices and has again customised the workspace to suit our specific needs.”
