Several gourmet meals to be served at luxury resort

Conrad Algarve in Quinta do Lago has unveiled its Easter dining programme, with four gastronomic moments between Friday and Sunday (April 15-17).

Three of the events will take place at the resort’s Louro restaurant, where executive chef Osvalde Silva presents “an ultra-modern take on Portuguese gastronomic tradition.”

The first will be a Seafood Buffet on Friday night, described as “perfect for shellfish lovers”.

“Friday night be prepared for a seafood fest that will leave your mouth watering,” the resort adds. Price is €85 per person (not including drinks).

On Saturday night, an Algarvian Night Buffet is planned which will allow guests to “dive into different cultures and discover new flavours.”. Price is €80 per person (not including drinks).

The gastronomic programme continues with an Easter Family Sunday Brunch at Louro, where the special day will be celebrated with a “variety of traditional Portuguese specialties and family favourites”.

According to the resort, “it promises to be a fun-filled day especially for the little ones, with the visit of the Easter Bunny”. Price is €90 per person, including one flute of Laurent Perrier champagne, and €45 for children aged six to 12. Admission is free for children up to the age of five.

Last but not least, an Easter Dinner will take place at the Michelin-star Gusto by Heinz Beck on Sunday. The event will feature a spring-inspired five-course menu with a series of “delicious starters and main courses that represent Heinz Beck and his authentic repertoire from the open kitchen”.

Guests are being invited to “enjoy a contemporary ambience along with live music”. Price is €150 per person, plus €80 extra for wine pairing.
