Wine producer José Bento dos Santos will be leading the next Wine Academy class that will take place at the Conrad Algarve Hotel in Quinta do Lago on Thursday, October 15.
The class will see the specialist from the Monte d’Oiro winery in Alenquer “dig into the world of wine and learn how to refine your palette, develop your senses and discover how to pair a certain dish in perfect harmony with a wine”.
Students will also be able to enjoy a dining experience with dos Santos after the class.
The class costs €70, while the dinner experience is an extra €50.
Classes with wine producers Domingos Soares Franco (José Maria da Fonseca winery) and David Baverstock (Esporão) will follow in November and December.
