Wedding bells were ringing in the Eastern Algarve for Helen Connolly and Andrew O’Donoghue, who were married on June 18 at the Vila Galé Albacora in Tavira.
The couple, from Ireland, bought a property in Fuzeta three years ago and are regular visitors to the Algarve.
Helen told the Algarve Resident: “We love the area so much that we hosted our wedding in the Vila Galé Albacora. Fifty guests, including neighbours from Fuzeta, from England, Ireland, Switzerland and even Australia celebrated a wonderful day with us.
“We are regular readers of your excellent paper when we are over and always leave a copy for our paying guests in the apartment.”
