Garvetur has taken over the responsibility for the management and marketing of the Quinta Polaris II development near Carvoeiro.
The Portuguese company, which deals with holiday rentals and property sales, hopes to attract visitors from northern European countries to the three-star development of two and three bedroom apartments.
Director of rentals for Garvetur, Carlos Henrique, said: “We are aiming to appeal to clients from northern Europe, specifically Germany and Holland, who are looking for reasonably priced accommodation in the Carvoeiro area.”
The apartments are also available to purchase through Garvetur.
