Coma victim

A TEENAGE girl is in a coma following a collision with a taxi, in an incident which saw three other children injured on Saturday afternoon in the centre of Porto.

The taxi driver, had just come out of a tunnel when the incident took place. He fled the scene but handed himself in later the same day and police said his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.

Two of the children, aged six and eight, sustained minor injuries, while the other child suffered a broken pelvis and fractured bones in her hand.
