Galeria Arte Algarve in Lagoa is inaugurating Arte Algarve Open IV tomorrow (Saturday) at the Única-Adega Cooperatica do Algarve from 3pm.
The collective exhibition, which runs until June, is expected to draw a good audience to view the works of 30 artists. Paintings, photographs and sculptures will all be on display.
Special guest will be English painter Cliff Martin Tuson with an individual showcase of his work.
There will also be live music and other entertainment.
Access to the Adega is directly off the EN125 with ample parking at the front of the building.
Meanwhile, Arte Algarve has recently opened an art shop on the first floor of the gallery building, which is within Única.
Products made from olive wood and cork, jewellery, ceramics by Cathrine Portal, Birte Pröttel or Petra van Allen and from Porches Pottery are available for sale.
There is also a book stand organised by the ALFA literature club, recycled art by Christine Pâris Montech and Algarve postcards by Marion Bartz.
The shop opens Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
