Cold November

November was colder than usual for this time of year, according to data from the meteorological society of Portugal, Meteo.

The first half of the month showed maximum temperatures between 20°C and 27°C while the second half of the month recorded below average temperatures.

The coldest weather was experienced in the interior of the country, with lows of -7.2°C in Miranda do Douro, -6.7°C in Bragança and -6.5°C in Montalegre.

While temperatures were low, rainfall levels were average except for in Lisbon and along the northern coast of Portugal where wave heights were also above average.
