ALGAR, THE company that recycles the Algarve’s solid waste, will be cleaning the region’s 2,490 recycling bins from January.
This cleaning process is due to be completed by the first quarter of 2009 and is part of the company’s promise to continually improve the waste disposal service to the region’s residents and visitors.
The cleanup is also being carried out as a public health measure and to promote the effective use of recyclable materials that are collected.
