The new musical season at the São Lourenço Culture Centre in Almancil starts this month, featuring two classical concerts with performances from violinist Debra Fast and pianist Sandro Ivo Bartoli.
On Wednesday, September 23, they will perform pieces by Bach, Vitali and Franck and on Saturday, September 26, Sandro Ivo Bartoli will take to the stage to perform on his own playing compositions by Liszt, Chopin and Rota.
Concerts begin at 7.30pm, with wine and canapés served at 7pm, and during the interval.
In last week’s edition we reported that members of AMIGOS had to pay for tickets to attend the concerts. However, only guests and non-members of AMIGOS pay for tickets, costing 25 euros each. Members of AMIGOS can attend for free.
