Chef Alain Salles has created a Christmas lunch menu for Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa ‘s Olive Tree restaurant in Carvoeiro.
It includes pumpkin soup with chestnuts, turkey and foie gras terrine, roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and rosti potatoes, sea bass supreme with crayfish sauce and chestnut soufflé and Christmas pudding. Price per person is €28.50 (excluding drinks) with lunch served from noon to 3pm.
