Loulé’s municipal library is collecting Christmas gifts to hand out to children from impoverished families and children’s homes across the council.
Anyone wanting to donate gifts such as toys and art materials, should wrap them and add a label indicating whether it is for a boy or girl and for which age group.
Gifts may be donated until November 30. The library is open Tuesdays to Fridays from 9.30am until 7pm, Mondays from 2pm until 7pm and Saturdays from 2.30pm until 6pm.
