Chrissy’s Restaurant in Lagoa changed hands last month and is now under the ownership of Pedro Tomé and Saul Teixeira.
With vast experience in the restaurant sector, Pedro and Saul have worked alongside Chrissy’s former owners Louie and Debbie Wilde since December 2008.
The restaurant ambience is relaxed, with guests able to enjoy gourmet dining in a stylish setting with attentive service.
The cuisine offered is a gastronomic mixture of French and international dishes, with chef’s suggestions changing weekly and specialities including fried chicken livers with foie gras or seafood Thermidor as entrees and fillet of lamb with honey-mint sauce and fried sole with asparagus as main dishes.
The dishes are beautifully presented and accompanied by an extensive Portuguese wine list.
Choose from a main course and a dessert at €28, a three course meal at €35 or four courses at €40. Prices include couvert, house wine, water and coffee.
Chrissy’s also specialises in private functions and is a favourite with residents and discerning tourists alike, offering a dining experience not to be forgotten.
The restaurant, which is closed on Sundays, is located at Praça da República 16, by Lagoa’s Municipal Market.
