Professional Dutch chocolatier Jack Breedveld will be holding his first workshop as part of a weekend dedicated to chocolate at the Hotel Memmo Baleeira, near Sagres, on February 7 and 8.
During the three-hour workshop, participants will learn to make a variety of chocolate confections, which they will take home with them at the end.
