The 2011 edition of the innovative Oceânico World Kids Golf Championships offering world ranking points for the first time proved a great success.
More than 100 players between the ages of eight and 18 from 11 countries enjoyed three days of fierce competition, with Portugal’s Gonçalo Pinto successfully defending his boy’s crown while Thailand’s Nattiya Somboonsup won the senior girl’s event with rounds of 76, 68 and 72.
