Children will be able to become familiar with the English language during special story-reading sessions being held at the Manuel Teixeira Gomes municipal library in Portimão.
The initiative, called ‘Once upon a time…’ and integrated in the Story Time (Hora de Conto) project, is a fun way to learn English for free. The project, held in partnership with the Helen Doron Early Learning Centre in Portimão, includes story reading, games and other children-oriented activities.
The first session takes place tomorrow (January 12) and then on every second Saturday of each month until June, between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
Registration for a maximum of 15 participants per session is now open and available for preschoolers from three to six years old. Adult supervision is required.
This is a good way to learn English, while at the same time children can interact with each other.
