António d’Orey Capucho, President of Cascais Câmara, and Fernando Negrão, Minister of Social Security, attended the recent opening of the Casa das Conchas, a home for children in need. The Casa das Conchas, in São Pedro do Estoril, is home to 30 children, aged between three and 17, and is run by O Século Foundation, an organisation that looks after infants and youths. Created in 1998, O Século offers shelter to children and teenagers in need and runs projects and activities for young people.
