Children of the Algarve Junior Choir in Vilamoura have been rehearsing Christmas carols in preparation for performances at the 3 Charities Christmas Fair tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday, the Spirit of Christmas Fair on December 8 and in their own nativity, to be staged at the International School São Lourenço on December 11 at 6pm.
A variety of songs, including the new Mistletoe by Justin Bieber and traditional songs such as Silent Night and Walking in the Air by Aled Jones, will be performed by the 25 youngsters.
Organiser Heavenli Denton said: “It is great to be working with young professionals who are generous enough to give their time and effort to perform for the Algarve residents and bring the essence of what Christmas is all about.”
The 3 Charities Christmas Fair will take place at the Vale do Lobo Auditorium and the Spirit of Christmas Fair at Barringtons, Vale do Lobo. Both events begin at 10am.
