A four-year-old child fell to his death from a fourth floor window in an apartment block in Gondomar yesterday. According to reports, he had been sleeping, as had his father who works nights. The child woke up while his father slept and tragically plunged to his death from a window that was “missing a pane of glass”. The mother was out. The family, from Brazil, “had only been living in the apartment for a few months”, says Correio da Manhã.
