CHEGA requests urgent meeting with President of Republic

André Ventura, leader of right-wing party CHEGA, is requesting an urgent meeting with President Marcelo, saying yesterday’s contretemps in parliament was “yet another case of lack of impartiality and independence that has marked the performance of the president of the Republican Assembly in relation to CHEGA’s parliamentary group”.
