Four special and exclusive dinners with acclaimed chefs
Four “very special” dinners will take place at Pine Cliffs Resort’s MIMO Algarve kitchen as part of the second summer edition of Chef’s Table, an “exclusive and intimate gastronomic experience” featuring acclaimed Portuguese chefs.
Each dinner treats customers to a welcome drink, a six-course menu created by the hosting chef and wine pairing.
Chef André Cruz from Lisbon’s Michelin-starred restaurant Feitoria will host the first Chef’s Table event on Thursday (July 20), with his menu aiming to “represent nature through gastronomy”.
He will be followed by chef Diogo Rocha – the man in charge of the only restaurant in the Centre region of Portugal with a Michelin star, Mesa de Lemos – who will present a menu in which “the mountains and the sea” will be the stars of the show on July 27.
The third event will feature chef Alexandre Silva from Lisbon’s Michelin-starred LOCO restaurant who will be presenting “reinvented traditional flavours” on August 3, while chef Rui Paula from two Michelin-starred restaurant Casa de Chá da Boa Nova will bring the initiative to a close on August 10 with a menu in which “creativity is the key ingredient.”

The Chef’s Table dinners cost €195 per person and each event is limited to 25 seats.
