Chefs join forces to bring “unforgettable dinners” to Vistas

Restaurante Vistas, in Tavira’s Monte Rei Resort, will be welcoming guest Chef Roger Viñas from the prestigious Michelin-starred Manairó restaurant in Barcelona between August 21 and 23.
Alongside Vistas’ own head chef Jaime Perez, Vinãs has prepared “an absolutely unforgettable” dinner menu for those three evenings.
There will be five main dishes to choose from – crab cannelloni with mango, marinated mussels with garlic ravioli, squid ring consommé with meatballs, scallops with carbonara sauce and Angus entrecôte with béarnaise sauce foam.
There will also be many snacks and desserts, as well as a dried sardine fillet ‘amouse-bouche’.
This is not the first time the two culinary masters have worked together. They used to create magic at Barcelona’s well-known Talaia Mar restaurant.
Jaime Perez told us that he was “very happy” to be combining forces once again. “I believe it’s going to be a surprise-filled weekend and an unforgettable experience,” he said.
The dinner costs €75 per person and reservations must be made in advance (wine pairing also available for €35).
