Hotel Vila Galé Albacora in Tavira hosts the 4th edition of the Algarve Chefs Forum on April 19 at 9am.
The theme is “Tuna and the Ria Formosa” and intends to explore the many different ways in which tuna can be prepared using traditional and contemporary methods, as well as debating and valuing the regions products.
Prominent chefs, including Hans Neuner, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Nuno Diniz among others, will demonstrate how they look at the fish and how many different ideas can be applied to it.
A dinner starts at 8.30pm and tickets cost €25 per person.
