National and international chefs will be coming together to discuss, demonstrate and promote the use of regional products in professional kitchens as part of the third annual Algarve Chefs Forum.
The forum is to be held at the Pousada do Convento da Graça in Tavira on September 21 and octopus from the self proclaimed “capital of octopus”, Santa Luzia, near Tavira, will be the primary feature of the forum.
Participation in the forum, which is to take place from 9am until 6.30pm, costs from 25 Euros per person and includes lunch.
