Big Red’s restaurant, a steak house in Alvor owned by Nick Rowe, recently hosted the inauguration of a new business relationship between Food Passion and Black and White Events.
The restaurant was fully booked and the atmosphere electric whilst foodies anticipated the arrival of the first plate of the evening.
International Michelin-trained chef Tim Bailey flew in from the UK to work with Nick and his team at Big Red’s restaurant to create a five-course culinary extravaganza. Almost 100 diners were able to enjoy his skills.
Why fly a chef in when there is already so much talent in the Algarve, you may ask?

Tim Bailey has returned to his home, but not for long, as he will be back in the Algarve from May until October working with Food Passion alongside Black & White Events.
