Cocktails by Cesar Montilla complement the evening
The Reach for the Stars Asia Edition dinner series continues on September 23 with an evening of oriental flavours led by Mario Payán, currently considered “the most complete chef in Japanese gastronomy in Spain”, and hosted by chefs Diogo Ribeiro and António Muniz at the Mizu Teppanyaki restaurant at Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa in Porches.
With a deep knowledge of Japanese gastronomic techniques and traditions, combined with a strong sense of purism, Mario Payán blends these characteristics with a unique omakase menu that has become the traditional essence of the Kappo restaurant in Madrid, where he has been since 2016.
Dinner can be booked from 7pm, with a tasting menu for €125 pp and the possibility of wine and sake pairing for €75 pp.
For all those who appreciate novelties in the field of mixology, the House Bar will feature the know-how and surprising cocktails of Cesar Montilla from Dr. Stravinsky Bar, in Barcelona, which holds 25th place in the World’s 50 Best Bars list.
This set of dinners focused on Japanese cuisine – Reach for the Stars Asia Edition – is part of the programme dedicated to gastronomy in the context of Vila Vita Parc’s 30th anniversary celebration. Thirty weeks filled with 30 exceptional events spanning art, culture, wellness and lifestyle – to celebrate the resort’s continued innovation and creative vision, qualities that have made it a highly respected and leading player on the global luxury travel scene over the past three decades.
