Portuguese chef Pedro Mendes has now closed his two restaurants in Montinhos da Luz for the winter, but has decided to branch out and offer a variety of catering services.
From designing a menu with clients to provide them with a meal, in the comfort of their own home, for that special occasion to spending time with restaurant managers as a consultant or even offering workshops, Pedro is looking forward to the challenges with energy and ideas.
Having worked as a chef at one of Lisbon’s food hotspots, the Theatre Maria Matos café, and also at the Algarve’s Dolphin restaurant, he continues to work with Rui Baptista, in Praia da Luz, as a consultant at Baptista’s Supermarket.
