A small craft group based in Tavira is hosting a charity afternoon to raise money for Associação Oncológica do Algarve (AOA) and Alzheimer Portugal – Núcleo do Algarve, on October 18 between 3pm and 5pm at The Black Anchor, Rua Borda d’Água da Asseca 46 50, 8800-325 Tavira.
You will find a raffle, prizes donated by local businesses, including vouchers from restaurants, local spa centre, roof top bar, bottles of wine and other prizes, a tombola, homemade cakes plus a craft stall with items made by the group for sale, all proceeds going to the charities.
The bar will also be open to purchase refreshments during the event. Please come along and support these worthy charities. Any donations on the day of cakes or tombola prizes will be greatly received.
