There is still time to pick up a copy of the charity celebrity cookbook Dine in with the Famous and Friends of the Captain James Philippson Trust, available from the Algarve Resident offices in Lagoa.
The cookbook, which costs €10, is raising money for the Help 4 Heroes (H4H) charity which supports injured British soldiers and contains recipe contributions from stars such as Dame Judi Dench, Sir Cliff Richard, Carol Voderman and Chris Tarrant, combined with favourites from friends and family members of Captain James Philippson.
Captain James Philippson was the first British soldier to be killed in Afghanistan in 2006 and since his death his family has been working to raise money for charities that James would have supported.
