Algarve Auctions & Sales will be holding a charity auction in aid of the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal on October 24 at 11am at their sale room in Barracha.
The auction room will be open at 9am on the day to allow for viewing of the lots prior to the auction.
Later in the day, there will be a dinner dance, at 7.30pm, at Quinta Fonte do Bispo, just outside Santa Catarina on the EN270.
A three-course dinner will be served accompanied by drinks and music from the 1940s onwards supplied by DJ Little John.
Tickets cost 25 euros each and dress is informal/casual.
