Chaîne dinner

The Algarve Chapter of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs met for dinner earlier this month at the Restaurante Vivendo in Meia Praia, Lagos.

Hosting the event was the Maitre Rotisseur Vincent Winiker and his wife Karen, a Maitre Hôtelier.

On the menu were dishes including carpaccio of Alentejo fillet mignon with green pepper, salmon fillet in a banana leaf on a bed of orange-saffron vegetables and gratin of fruits of the forest, among others, prepared by chef de cuisine Christoph Voigt.
