Chaine des Rôtisseurs members held their Christmas lunch at the two-Michelin starred Ocean restaurant at Vila Vita Parc, near Porches, Lagoa.
Chef Hans Neuner created a menu that members described as “the best meal of their lives”.
It consisted of five amuse bouche, four courses, three desserts and wines to match.
The next dinner of the Chaîne will take place at Willie’s in Vilamoura on February 10.
The proceeds of the event will be used to sponsor a cookery school project for needy youngsters through the Chaîne Foundation.
