Members and guests of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs came together on July 9 to enjoy a meal at the restaurant Arte Náutica in Armação de Pêra.
The guests ate a selection of traditional tapas and seafood, including clams, plates of freshly dressed crab and barnacles accompanied by 2010 Herdade dos Grous Branco or a 2009 Pouilly Fumé from Domaine Bonnard.
A highlight of the meal was a razor clam dish which was paired with a German Chardonnay, 2009 Weingut Dönnhoff. The meal finished with a coconut mousse with an apricot and lavender ice cream.
