CGTP “tightens hold over government”

The CGTP (confederation of trades unions in Portugal) wants the 2022 State Budget and the policies of the new government “to respond to workers’ problems and guarantee a model of development for the country”, secretary-general Isabel Camarinha has confirmed. She tells Lusa that, with its absolute majority, the PS “has all conditions to alter the situation of young people who continue to emigrate in order to find better conditions in other countries”.
