CGTP calls “national demo” in Lisbon for November 20

Portugal’s largest trade union, CGTP has called a national demo for November 20 in Lisbon to push for “a general increase in salaries, the eradication of precarity, reduction of working hours and defence of collective contracts”. The decision was taken by the union’s national council, which cited “the growth in struggles across all sectors and the urgency for answers to workers and this country”.
